It’s quick and easy to commission a painting with me. I have all sorts of people enquiring about commissions and often discuss points such as these listed below:

 

•Perhaps there is a certain size you were considering. Maybe a similar painting or element from my website you had in mind. 

•If you have a specific location in mind and you have suitable photographs it may be possible to work from these or if you aren’t sure what you would like, I’m happy to have a constructive chat and make suggestions.

•If you have a specific budget in mind, I can suggest the size of work for that particular value and level of work required.

•Prices include framing, but please do ask if you would like to take care of this yourself. 

•If you needed the painting for a specific date, please make sure you make this clear so I can factor this into the working schedule, framing and overall collection date.  To give you an idea, on average a large painting can take between 20-25 days depending on other commitments. If it’s more urgent let me know.

•I can deliver for free to some locations within a 30 mile radius of the Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire, UK, but I can provide quotes for delivery costs if further afield.

When you decide to go ahead...

A simple commission contract is exchanged outlining our obligations to one another and on receipt of this and a 40% deposit, the work commences. I am happy to send you step by step pictures if you wish unless you would like to wait until the completed painting is revealed!
